Yes. We use only government-approved termiticides (Chlorpyrifos 20% EC and Cypermethrin 10% EC), applied at correct, safe dilutions. During treatment we ask that children and pets stay away from the treated area, and we recommend keeping the treated premises closed for about 24 hours afterward for best results.
Anti-termite treatment is charged per square foot — indicatively ₹8 / NRs ~13 for post-construction and ₹10 / NRs ~16 for pre-construction. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for hotels and businesses start from around ₹1,00,000 / NRs ~1,60,000 per year. Final pricing is confirmed after a free site inspection.
A home inspection takes 30–60 minutes; general pest control 1–3 hours; post-construction anti-termite treatment about a day for a typical home. Small hotels take 1–2 days, medium hotels 2–5 days, and larger hotels/resorts are done in phases to avoid disruption. Pre-construction treatment is staged with the construction schedule.
Pre-construction treatment protects the building for the entire life of the property (both wood treatment and anti-termite soil treatment). Post-construction treatment is guaranteed for 5 years. If termites reappear within the guarantee period, we re-treat the affected area free of charge.
